Everyone's Irish today!
In honor of St. Patrick's day, we decided to make green velvet cupcakes today at Pastrygirl.
Aren't they lovely?
We just substituted green food coloring for red (or for us, actually we use beet juice)
Here is the batter ready to go
Out of the oven and waiting to be frosted
All done and ready to sell! Topped with cream cheese frosting.
We also had stout cupcakes with Irish cream buttercream and shortbread shamrocks!
